Motivation is what we thrive on to get ourselves past obstacles and to lift us up. It is the willingness to push ourselves to do something that at first may seem difficult or insignificant. It is always at the beginning of an objective that we might feel the reluctance to actually begin and finish. This mood changes whilst we are in the process of the job and we are getting close to the end. Let's take completing our homework for example. Before you even begin you may feel lazy and incapable of taking your books out and going through a huge workload. However, the thought of increasing your knowledge and being prepared for tomorrow may be the motivation factor that will get you started on your homework and will lead you to completing it. So, when you're in the process of doing your homework you get a groove on and you're no longer thinking about anything else except what's in front of you. This is where motivation comes in, as you have a good feeling about what you're doing and how it will benefit you. You see, motivation isn't the easiest thing to gain and sometimes people can even go unmotivated. It can be said that motivation takes patience and cannot be rushed. After all, motivation is probably the most important element in our lives when it comes to getting something done. So then it raises the question, how can we stay motivated long term? The simple answer is you can't. Sure you can obtain motivation regularly but it isn't something that sticks with you. Throughout time when you take on different tasks your attitude towards things changes and it is just impossible to get motivated. On the contrary when everything is looking up for you and you're enjoying life, you just have to look around the corner for some extra motivation. Motivation can strike at you fast or it may not strike at all, but the importance in all this is to always remain positive and you met get what you're looking for.

I have just read an article about continuous improvement by James Clear. I feel that everyone should make small changes every day in their life to make a big improvement. As continuous improvement is a dedication on making a change in one's life, for small changes will lead to a large significant change. Though we might set a large goal and try to complete it quickly, that usually ends up with frustration and failure. I believe that our downfall is when we convince ourselves that change is meaningful when there is something large associated with it. Although, making small changes can be noticeable or not noticeable at all because it may not make a drastic change at the moment but in the long run it will. James Clear mentions con how we should do more of what already works for us. For example; flossing, we do it, but if we do more of it, the more we benefit from it. Another thing is, avoid losing tiny losses, which means to avoid missing things like workouts or eat fewer unhealthy food, I believe this strategy will definitely help. Also, a big important one is measuring backwards, which instead of thinking what will help your future, focus on what you can improve on, form what you did in the past. Take a look at what you did before and find ways to better them. By following these steps/strategies, I believe this can help you make an effective change in your life.
Everyone has goals but it all depends on Your system. You system is how often you practice, how you break down and tackle difficult measures, and your method for receiving feedback from your instructor if you have one.
Now for the interesting question: if you completely ignored your goals and focused only on your system, would you still succeed? Yes you would. The goal in any sport is to finish with the best score, but it would be ridiculous to spend the whole game staring at the scoreboard. The only way to actually win is to get better each day. In the words of three-time Super Bowl winner Bill Walsh, “The score takes care of itself.” The same is true for other areas of life. If you want better results, then forget about setting goals. Focus on your system instead. What do I mean by this? Are goals completely useless? Of course not. Goals are good for setting a direction, but systems are best for making progress. A handful of problems arise when you spend too much time thinking about your goals and not enough time designing your system Digital Citizenship what does this word mean to you?. Well to me it mean, defined as proper, responsible behavior consider technology use. What makes people digital citizen is if they have an online account.
